Implements, plans and performs the duties of the SMART program, (GPIA) Gang Prevention Initiative Awareness, and (JJIS) Juvenile Justice Intake System and travels to all Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County School Sites.
Bus Driver SIGN-ON BONUS – Under the direct supervision of the Transportation Supervisor, the Bus Driver is responsible for the operation of vans and small and large buses, in transporting children from school to the Clubs, and driving on designated field trips. This position is Part-Time. Guaranteed 15 hours per work week; starts at $14.00 per hour and some transportation of students may include weekends.

Program Specialist – Summer Brain Gain
FUNCTION: Looking for a Certified Teacher to lead Summer Brain Gain
The program is comprised of weekly modules with themed activities for elementary school members.
- A fun, but educational program that aims to prevent summer learning loss
- Keeps kids on track for the upcoming school year
- Each module takes a project-based learning approach
- Youth engage in a process of learning through discovery, creative expression, group work and a final project or production.
DeSoto Club (Summer only) Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 3 PM
Program Specialist (***Openings for Summer Program Specialists***) – Traditional Club sites open Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 6:30 PM and school sites open Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 2 PM.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County is looking for individuals who have worked with children and are interested in working part-time in several different programs, such as:
