Graduation & Career Coach – This Full-Time position is responsible for developing successful relationships with at risk youth teens and those who have graduated to make sure they graduate on time and are being self-sufficient.
The Coach is responsible for developing and providing an educational enrichment atmosphere where teens can become career, college and community ready and make plans for a successful future. This position will also focus on developing life skills with the youth including making smart choices, budgeting and developing soft skills. Promote the components of health, wellness and fitness based on the organization’s strategic plan.
Bus Driver SIGN-ON BONUS – Under the direct supervision of the Transportation Supervisor, the Bus Driver is responsible for the operation of vans and small and large buses, in transporting children from school to the Clubs, and driving on designated field trips. This position is Part-Time. Guaranteed 15 hours per work week; starts at $14.00 per hour and some transportation of students may include weekends.
Prevention Specialist (school sites) – Under the supervision of the Prevention Outreach Manager, plans, coordinates, presents and evaluates the SMART programs at the Club level. Implements, plans and performs the duties of the SMART program, (GPIA) Gang Prevention Initiative Awareness, and (JJIS) Juvenile Justice Intake System and travels to all Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County School Sites.

Program Specialist (***Openings for Summer Program Specialists***) – Traditional Club sites open Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 6:30 PM and school sites open Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 2 PM.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County is looking for individuals who have worked with children and are interested in working part-time in several different programs, such as:
