Teen Program Manager (DeSoto) – Responsible for managing the delivery of teen programs at a designated Club, including Character and Leadership Development, Health & Life Skills, Sports, Fitness and Recreation, and The Arts. Plan, develop, oversee implement, supervise and evaluate programs and program staff. Responsible for recruiting and retaining teen members. Collaborate with the Club Director to provide program delivery, supervision and training of staff working directly with teens, community relations and membership administration.
Summer Program Specialist (DeSoto Only) – PT, hourly. The Summer Program Specialist plan, implements, supervises and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, such as Sports & Fitness, Fine Arts, and/or Social Recreation.
Teen Program Specialist (DeSoto and Palmetto) – The Program Specialist plans, implements, supervises and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area working with young people ages 12-18, such as Sports & Fitness, Fine Arts, and/or Social Recreation.
Bus Driver SIGN-ON BONUS – Under the direct supervision of the Transportation Supervisor, the Bus Driver is responsible for the operation of vans and small and large buses, in transporting children from school to the Clubs, and driving on designated field trips. This position is Part-Time. Guaranteed 15 hours per work week; starts at $14.00 per hour and some transportation of students may include weekends.
